Are you able to deliver to Amazon Fulfilment Centres? > Answer

As a preferred supplier of palletised transport to Amazon, we are specialists at delivering freight into these locations. As with RDCs we make consolidated deliveries meaning there is no risk of fines from missed delivery slots. To discuss your requirements further contact our sales team - londonsales@palletline.co.uk.


How do I book a job with Palletline London? > Answer

Once you have opened an account with us you will receive instructions allowing you to access and use our customer portal. Alternatively, contact our customer service team who will be happy to help you - p10cs@palletline.london.


I require a tail lift collection / delivery what could affect this? > Answer

The majority of our vehicles are fitted with tail lifts and electric pallet trucks meaning that we can deliver goods to locations with no forklift. Pallet must be no more than 1.2(L) x 1.2 (W) x 2.29 (H) weighing 1000kg or less. Such deliveries can only be made on flat, firm surfaces to ensure the safety of the driver.


I do not have a pallet, are you able to package my goods on a pallet and ship them for me? > Answer

We can move goods that are not palletised by collecting them and palletising them ourselves. You just need to select the pallet and wrap surcharge (PW) when booking your job.


What happens to the packaging that my goods come with e.g. shrink wrap and pallet? > Answer

All goods and packaging is the property of the person accepting delivery so will be left with them. This can cause some frustration if you are sending goods to a private address. We can for an additional fee remove the packaging. Please let us know if you require this.


Can I pay via credit card or bank transfer? > Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards along with bank transfers. Please note all funds will need to be cleared in our account before shipment can commence.


Do you deliver on Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holidays? > Answer

We are able to deliver on any day at any time. Anything outside of Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700hrs will be charged separately and must be agreed in writing prior to collection.


Do I have to label my freight before collection? > Answer

All freight must be labelled before being loaded onto one of our vehicles. Labels can be printed from our freight portal. For customers dispatching numerous pallets on a daily basis we can provide and install a label printer, for more details contact sales on londonsales@palletline.london. Please note that if you are sending a one off pallet, then you are able to hand write a label and attach it to the pallet providing the label includes the destination address and senders details, this is to ensure it can be tracked.


What are your pallet dimensions? > Answer

Our pallet dimensions are as follows:

Full - 1.2m(L) X 1.2m(W) X 2.29m(H) - Max Weight = 1000kg

Half - 1.0m(L) X 1.2m(W) X 1.0m(H) - Max Weight = 500kg

Quarter - 1.0m(L) X 1.2m(W) X 0.6m(H) - Max Weight = 250kg
